FI$Cal is pleased to release Department 360, a new dashboard feature in the FI$Cal PeopleSoft application. The Department 360 dashboard provides quick access to several tools and reports displayed in user-friendly tiles.

Currently, there are four tiles on the dashboard:

  1. FI$Cal Dashboard – Provides your department’s month-end close status and a link to the existing Operational Insights Dashboard that offers step-by-step help with month-end close tasks.
  2. FSC Tickets – Quick access to FI$Cal ServiceNow from PeopleSoft to report an issue, make a request or view cases.
  3. Encumbrances – A summarized view of Purchase Order encumbrances recorded in the FI$Cal system with drill-down charts to view PO acquisition methods and status details.
  4. Expenditures – A summarized view of Accounts Payable expenditures recorded in the FI$Cal system with drill-down charts to view voucher origin and status details.

FI$Cal will continue to improve Department 360 with new tiles in the coming months.
