Business Intelligence Services Manager – Information Technology Manager I in our IT Division. Take full management responsibility for organizing, planning, and directing all activities associated with the FI$Cal Business Intelligence Services (BIS) Section. This section is responsible for designing and operating complex IT, BI and data analytics applications, open data/big data initiatives, their data sources, and data extraction, transformation and load (ETL) components that extract data from FI$Cal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System databases and other departmental source systems, transform and publish that data to BI applications and FI$Cal transparency website. FI$Cal Service Center Analyst – Information Technology Associate in our Service Center and Portfolio Management Division. Provide technical assistance and serve as a subject matter expert in the FSC L1 Unit with a working-level knowledge of state budgeting and financial management functions, processes, and an understanding of budgeting, accounting, and statewide financial reporting and management functions. The ITA provides technical assistance and support to departmental end users regarding FI$Cal system incidents and also provides assistance to the public supporting bidders and suppliers accessing the FI$Cal Cal eProcure portal.
