To better serve our customers we have moved all system-related documents currently residing on our website, including job aids, to ServiceNow.

This will provide greater ease in finding reports and documents while end users are working in the system – something users told us they want during the Imagine FI$Cal event in April.

You will also find that 50 of the most used job aids have been reorganized and made more searchable. This is in response to Job Aids 2.0, a concept that also emerged from Imagine FI$Cal. The task of improving all of the job aids is ongoing.

With these changes, end users should have an easier time accessing and using documents that help them transact in the FI$Cal system.
