The Department of FISCal (FI$Cal) continually makes updates and enhancements to the system based on feedback from our end users. Our goal is to improve usability while maintaining the highest level of security for the state’s data.
FI$Cal released the following enhancements in March (descriptions include ServiceNow case numbers):
Accounts Receivable / Billing
Request: CS0475348
Finance is requesting email reminders to be automatically generated and send to parties in the Architecture Revolving Fund (ARF) workflow with a link to the Department ARF Request page awaiting their action. The reminder email would be sent every two business days and if more than two days of inaction for each pending step in the workflow until action is taken.
Enhancement/Solution
Created the ZZ_ARF_NOTF application engine to be scheduled to run every Tuesday and Thursday night.

Finance is requesting to add the Executive Order number field to the Department Architecture Revolving Fund (ARF) Request page and to the ARF Workflow Report. This field was omitted when the page and the report was originally created.

Added the Executive Order field onto the Department ARF Request page and to the ARF Workflow Report.
