The Department of FISCal (FI$Cal) continually makes updates and enhancements to the system based on feedback from our end users. Our goal is to improve usability while maintaining the highest level of security for the state’s data.
FI$Cal released the following enhancements in August (descriptions include ServiceNow case numbers):

Modified the billing department inquiry and Billed Department Inquiry pages to add “Print in Text” button. Also, created new template to generate invoices in the text format.

Added component for the Invoice by State Controller’s Office (SCO) document number to the RPTAR105. Added component – AR Deposit Status Update and Payment to the US105923. Added Component – SCO AR Approval Audit Report to the ConfigUS105688.
