- Additional workflow scenarios (e.g. Advance Collections)
- ZBA guidance and scenarios
- Reclassification of Remittance Advice (TC30), clarification on workflow and interface triggers
- Sections added:
- Scenarios that do not workflow to SCO
- Scenarios that will be denied by SCO and appropriate SCO procedure to follow
- Not included: Updated SCO Approval Guidance Matrix
