The Information Technology Specialist II works as the team lead testing analyst for the Department of FISCal (FI$Cal). The incumbent is responsible for leading the testing team in the most complex enterprise resource planning testing activities related to business and technical testing functions. The incumbent will work closely with the EQTS manager to lead the planning and execution of FI$Cal testing activities and maintaining or enhancing the automation test suites, while following FI$Cal project management standards, to ensure the highest quality of the FI$Cal solution. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER I
Working Title: Partner Application Integration Section Chief

The Information Technology Manager I, as the head of the Partner Application Integration Section (PAIS), works with partner agencies to identify, implement, and manage new products and systems, such as the state’s accounting record system in the FI$Cal system. They are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical aspects of FI$Cal and its integration with partner systems. This role includes full management duties, leading a team, and overseeing all PAIS section activities. The PAIS chief documents system functions and processes, researches new technologies to improve FI$Cal and partner services, and manages IT projects to enhance customer services using technology.

ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR I (SPECIALIST)

The Accounting Administrator I (Specialist) plays an important role in the overall success of the FI$Cal system by providing customer support, researching and resolving system incidents, and serving as a subject matter expert for one or more areas such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management, lease administration, project costing, grants, customer contracts. The Accounting Administrator I provides level 2 functional support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of system-related issues.
