INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATE
The ITA serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the FI$Cal Service Center (FSC)  with a working level knowledge of one or more business functional areas; General Ledger, Accounting, Budgeting, Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Purchasing, Procurement Card, Project Costing, Grants Management, Customer Contracts and Labor Distribution. The ITA will provide Level 2 (L2) functional support and working knowledge of data processing concepts, practices and methods to departmental end-users regarding FI$Cal system incidents and service requests in the FSC. This includes timely incident communication and resolution of reported incident tickets by FI$Cal system users.

ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST
Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) effectively applies adult learning theory utilizing multimedia technology and authoring tools to design and develop instructional materials that support department’s needs. The position is responsible for performing tasks associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of course curriculum and materials, to support the deployment of the FI$Cal system serving over 20,000 end-users across the State of California.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST II
Under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager (ITM ) I, the Information Technology Specialist (ITS) II serves as a functional lead expert to analyze, design, develop, implement, document, debug and support most complex Interfaces and batch support for the Enterprise Integration Services Section (EITSS) within Information Technology Division (ITD). The ITS II serves as a functional expert and provides guidance to EITSS team for data integration support of the most complex system interfaces, conversions, enhancements and production batch operations support within the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal) financial application. The ITS II works with other subject matter experts (SMEs), such as functional SMEs, information security specialists, database administrators, application administrators, network administrators and server administrators as required to support the Interfaces and batch processes for FI$Cal financial application.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST I
Under the general direction of the Information Technology Manager l (ITM I), Security Operations Section Chief, the Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) provides skilled technical leadership in enterprise identity management system administration in support of the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal) solution. The ITS I will assist in the development and maintenance of policies in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) for approvals, access, passwords, attestation and automated provisioning to support statewide access to the FI$Cal system. The Information Technology Specialist I  works independently and collaboratively with all FI$Cal teams on multiple waves of analysis, design, development, implementation, operations, and maintenance of the software systems in support of the FI$Cal. The ITS I provides technical and analytical support for internal and external users in the areas of identity management system administration, information security governance and compliance.  The incumbent will perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of OIM and related components to resolve issues and maintain the highest levels of availability.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST I
Under the direction of the Information Technology Manager I (ITM I), the Information Technology Specialist I (ITS I) provides technical leadership and expertise working with the Emerging Technologies and Web Services development and maintenance. The incumbent provides assessment, design, development and operation support for the web, content and automation services. The ITS I leads the effort to document emerging system functions, processes, and provides on-going resolutions for operational needs, and ensures that Emerging Technologies and Web Services Section meets business objectives while adopting latest technology trends and industry best practices. The ITS I is responsible for systems analysis, design, build, maintenance and operations of complex software systems and software projects. The incumbent evaluates, analyzes, designs, codes, implements, maintains and supports computer software which includes but is not limited to, web management software, operating systems, business intelligence software, Cloud services, Commercial Off the Shelf Software (COTS), proprietary software packages and tools.
