Procurement Analyst – Information Technology Specialist I in our Administrative Services Division. Perform and oversee the procurement activities, lead the planning, development efforts, implementation, and reporting of the Procurement Section, provide guidance and assistance on varied IT procurement and contract questions to department-wide staff, review the work of Procurement Section staff, facilitate reviews and evaluations of vendor bids and offers, and research and make recommendations to the IT Supervisor II to resolve the most difficult and multifaceted procurement-related issues and problems. Facilities Assistant – Office Technician (General) in our Administrative Services Division. Serve as a business services liaison to departmentwide staff, management, and agency staff. The OT is the first line of contact for the Business Services Section’s customers, responding to requests for service through email, service window, phone, and the ServiceNow portal/ticketing system. The OT coordinates facility repairs and maintenance, while tracking all requests through completion. Relations Coordinator – Associate Governmental Program Analyst in our Business Operation & Solutions Division. Support departments in the latest releases and from previous waves in their efforts to design, develop, and implement processes and procedures to establish a governance structure, enabling the departments to “own,” participate, and manage the transition from their current operational state to the future state of FI$Cal. Application Administrator – Information Technology Specialist I in our IT Division. Provide technical support for the FI$Cal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and be responsible for the system and environmental stability/availability of the production and non-production environments. The incumbent is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the FI$Cal enterprise n-tier applications and their tools and interactions. Duties include but are not limited to: patching, performance and tuning, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, environment refreshes, documentation, mentoring and incident and troubleshooting. Database Administrator – Information Technology Specialist II in our IT Division. Responsible for organizing, planning and implementing all activities associated with the FI$Cal Database Platform Services Unit. The incumbent is responsible for the design, installation and configuration, patching and upgrades, monitoring and optimizing, backup, recovery, performance, maintenance and operations of all system FI$Cal Database Services and all monitoring and development tools that support the FI$Cal system, as well as the technical testing of the FI$Cal system, which includes performance testing, disaster-recovery testing and accessibility testing.
