Business Analyst – Information Technology Specialist I in our Service Center and Portfolio Management Division. Serve as a subject matter expert in the FSC with a working-level knowledge of state financial management functions and processes, and an understanding of budgeting, accounting, procurement and statewide financial reporting and management functions. Provide assistance and support to departmental end users regarding FI$Cal system incidents and service requests in the FSC. This includes participating in envisioning the end-to-end processes and applying a broad understanding of the mission-critical responsibilities and major functions of the system. FI$Cal Service Center L2 Analyst – Information Technology Associate in our Service Center and Portfolio Management Division. Serve as a subject matter expert in the FSC with a working-level knowledge of one or more business functional areas: general ledger, accounting, budgeting, billing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, purchasing, procurement card, project costing, grants management and customer contracts. Provide Level 2 (L2) functional support and working knowledge of data processing concepts, practices & methods to departmental end users regarding FI$Cal system incidents and service requests in the FSC.
