Application Support Specialist – Information Technology Specialist I in our IT Division. Provide enterprise-wide application development support of the system reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) and application security configuration within the FI$Cal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The ITS I is also responsible for troubleshooting production application issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions to fix application defects. Final filing date: 8/15/2019.

Classification and Transactions Section Chief – Staff Services Manager I in our Administrative Services Division. Serve as the first line supervisor and be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources (HR) activities related to classification and pay (C&P), certifications and hiring, and personnel transactions. LPMS Analyst – Associate Personnel Analyst in our Administrative Services Division. Serve as a full journey-level analyst who works with a high degree of independence and performs the more responsible, varied and complex analytical work in the administration of the Department of FI$Cal’s personnel management programs, including performance management, labor relations, reasonable accommodation (RA)/FMLA/workers’ compensation (WC) programs, and special projects (i.e., policies/procedures, succession plan, workforce plan, award programs, etc.). Access Management Security Analyst – Information Technology Specialist I in our IT Division. Work independently and as part of a team managing the FI$Cal enterprise identity and access management process. The IT Specialist I is also responsible for the more complex duties of designing, implementing and/or validating, appropriate security controls in both new and existing systems/processes that are currently in place or undergoing substantial redesign. Perform audits on systems and processes to identify vulnerabilities, and make recommendations to management of requirements, applicable statutes, regulations, policies, guidelines, and best practices.
