Information Technology Specialist II – Serve as the Lead Identity & Access Management (IdAM) Administrator within the Enterprise Security Services Office (ESSO) of the Information Technology Division (ITD). The ITS II has full responsibility for the architecture, design, installation, maintenance, operations, and enhancements of the Identity Management, Access Management, Directory Services and Federated Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and the underlying technology platform. Accounting Administrator I (Specialist) – Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the development of job aids and other learning materials for FI$Cal users for the accounting modules, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger modules. Assist FI$Cal users in User Support Labs (USL) and provide SME support for department engagement activities as requested. Support internal and external users in accounting policies and procedures for transaction processing, accounting, financial reporting, and accounting controls. Final filing date: 12/15/2020.
Information Technology Manager II – Serve as a member of the Information Technology Division (ITD) senior leadership team as the Chief of Emerging Technologies and Integration Services (ETIS) Office. The ITM II is responsible for managing FI$Cal’s web services including the internet, intranet, collaboration, training and other general support services (GSS) systems, FI$Cal’s emerging technologies including robotic process automation (RPA) services, Vendor Portal and Artificial Intelligence solutions including chatbots, and the operations of FI$Cal’s Enterprise Integration Services including FI$Cal’s interfaces to external and internal systems and batch processes which include mission critical production processing.
