The Department of FISCal (FI$Cal) continually makes updates and enhancements to the system based on feedback from our end users. Our goal is to improve usability while maintaining the highest level of security for the state’s data.

Asset Management
Request: CS0459114
Request to create new fields and transaction types to be added to asset depreciation accounting lines report, as per a Department of Technology requirement.
Enhancement/Solution
Modified the run control page with new search criteria and added a checkbox to allow transactions to be filtered based on transaction type and distribution type and additionally added the asset status field to the report.
