The Department of FISCal continually makes updates and enhancements to the system based on feedback from our end users. Our goal is to improve usability while maintaining the highest level of security for the state’s data.
FI$Cal released the following enhancements in December (descriptions include ServiceNow case numbers):
Accounts Payable
Request: CS0280376
The State Controller’s Office (SCO) FI$Cal team requested that their private query ZZ_EXV_VCHR_PYMNT_HOLD_DTL be changed to a public query.
Enhancement/Solution
Made SCO private query ZZ_EXV_VCHR_PYMNT_HOLD_DTL available as a public query to monitor and resolve CalATERS regular vouchers with hold payments.
Request: CS0301725
Request to modify existing public query ZZ_AM_LEASE_VOUCHER_PAYABLE and requested to provide access to departmental AP users.
Enhancement/Solution
Added additional criteria POST_STATUS_AP = U (Unposted) to query.
