The Department of FISCal (FI$Cal) continually makes updates and enhancements to the system based on feedback from our end users. Our goal is to improve usability while maintaining the highest level of security for the state’s data.
FI$Cal released the following enhancements in July (descriptions include ServiceNow case numbers):
Requirement 1: Convert the DFQ_PO_05A_ENC_RECLASS_DETAIL query into Encumbrance Reclass Detailed Report. The report must exclude purchase orders with net zero amount from the C_DTL_ENC ledger.
Requirement 2: Populate the affiliate and fund affiliate information from submodule in the report.
Created a new Business Intelligence Publisher report.
Epic 98176 – add new functionality to delete corresponding journals in project costing table if it exists, when departments delete any encumbrance journals on the Mass Delete Journals page and Create/Update Journal Entries page.
Added code to delete related transactions in PROJ_RESOURCE table when journal is deleted in general ledger tables.
