We are pleased to announce Amy Cooper as the new Deputy Director for the Business Operation and Solutions Division (BOSD), effective November 10, 2025.
Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, with over 30 years of state service and ten years with the Department of FISCal (FI$Cal). While at FI$Cal, Amy has held various roles, first as the FI$Cal Testing manager and more recently as the Enhancements Service Center chief.
Prior to FI$Cal, Amy served in a range of state administrative and technical roles with a focus on customer service and delivering statewide solutions.
As the new Deputy Director of BOSD, Amy’s immediate priority is to gain a clear understanding of the work efforts and projects across BOSD’s three centers by engaging with both staff and business partner stakeholders.
Said Amy, “The upcoming calendar year brings many roadmap projects that are critical to deliver timely and efficiently. These efforts will require BOSD’s primary focus, while continuing to provide top tier customer service and support to FI$Cal departments with their day-to-day operations and year-end financial reporting activities.”
