Under the general direction of the Accounting Administrator III, the Accounting Administrator II (AA II) supervises the General Ledger Unit (GLU) within the Financial Reporting and Cash Management Section (FRCMS), FI$Cal Service Center (FSC). The incumbent will be responsible for providing FI$Cal system transactional support for accounting transactions and closing of the Accounting Sub Modules for Month End/Year End Close (MEC/YEC) tasks. This position will use a unique blend of FI$Cal system knowledge and the State of California’s accounting and MEC/YEC policies and practices to direct a team of staff responsible for resolving accounting sub-module system issues.
