Apply adult learning theory utilizing multimedia technology and authoring tools to design and develop instructional materials that support department’s needs. The position is responsible for performing tasks associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of course curriculum and materials, to support the deployment of the FI$Cal system serving over 20,000 end users across the state of California.
