Deputy Director, Business Operation and Solutions Division – CEA. Fulfill substantial leadership responsibilities by directing the work of the Functional Services Office and On-Site Support Office. This position will provide guidance and direction on FI$Cal system functionality and the state’s financial management processes. Application Support Specialist – Information Technology Specialist I in our IT Division. Serve as a technical expert to analyze, design, develop, implement, document, debug, and support the customizations for the Financial Application Services Section. Provide enterprise-wide application development support of the system reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) and application security configuration within the FI$Cal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. Troubleshoot production application issues, perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to fix application defects. Final filing date: 12/17/2019.
Information Security Analyst – Information Technology Specialist I in our IT Division. Act as a security analyst and at the expert specialist level, working on the more IT activities related to information security. Perform audits on systems and processes to identify vulnerabilities, and make recommendations to data owners of requirements and applicable statutes, regulations, policies, guidelines, and best practices. Work independently and as part of a team managing the FI$Cal enterprise security tools implementation. Also responsible for the more complex duties of designing, implementing and/or validating, appropriate security controls in both new and existing systems/processes that are currently in place or undergoing substantial redesign. Information Security Analyst – Information Technology Specialist I in our IT Division. Perform first level security analysis on the FI$Cal system, identifying potential security events and provide escalations to the Security team for further analysis and action. The ITS I is responsible for security tool monitoring to ensure all security controls are operational and in alignment with FI$Cal’s enterprise security requirements as well as federal and state laws, regulations, standards and industry best practices. Duties involve but are not limited to information security event monitoring and triage, information security governance, risk and compliance management, and information security architecture.
