Deputy Director Administrative Services Division
Jennifer Carver was promoted to Deputy Director of the Administrative Services Division (ASD) on February 1, 2022. With over 20 years of state service, Jennifer has been with FI$Cal for the past nine years, serving as the ASD Departmental Operations Office Chief. She has served in various state administrative roles and prior to coming to FI$Cal, was the Assistant Budget Officer for the California Department of Justice. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
