Deputy Director Business Operation and Solutions Division

Amy Cooper was promoted to Deputy Director of the Business Operation and Solutions Division on November 10, 2025. With over 30 years of state service, Amy has been with the Department of FISCal for the past ten years, initially serving as the FI$Cal Testing Manager and more recently as the Enhancements Service Center Chief. Prior to FI$Cal, she has served in various state administrative and technical roles with a focus on Customer Service and delivering Statewide Solutions.
