The Accounting Administrator (AA) I (Specialist) supports the FI$Cal system and helps departments use the FI$Cal system, works with the State Controller’s Office on Month-End and Year-End Close activities, and serves as a subject matter expert for the Accounts Payable area. The AA I (Specialist) provides customer support, researches and resolves system issues, and assists with change requests. In addition, the incumbent will provide Level 2 support to end users by helping resolve FI$Cal system incidents and service requests, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
