Providing excellent customer service is a top priority at the Department of FISCal (FI$Cal). By creating various pathways to support system users, whether through one-on-one interaction with our relations coordinators, or connecting to various self-service tools, our goal is to ensure system users feel confident and capable in the system.
As part of this goal, our teams produce FI$CalTv, a monthly, half hour program streamed via Microsoft Teams that includes news, special announcements and helpful details on issues relating to the FI$Cal system. Over the past year, host Jim Caselli has interviewed FI$Cal staff and leadership and received valuable updates from the State Controller’s Office (SCO) and from Customer Impact Committee (CIC) leadership.
