Use the Post to CSCR checkbox to indicate if the solicitation will be posted on FI$Cal CSCR. If selecting the Public Event option, the Post to CSCR option also needs to be checked.
In this scenario, the solicitation will be posted to CSCR, because you are creating a Public Event.
Click the Post To CSCR option.
