Purpose: Demonstrate how to search for Leveraged Procurement Agreements in FI$Cal.
Scenario: Your goal is to locate a Leveraged Procurement Agreement (LPA) in Cal eProcure using various search criteria.
Roles: Public
Steps:
Click the Get Public Procurement Information button.
Step 1Click the Search for Leveraged Procurement Agreements (LPAs) link.
Step 2The State Leveraged Procurement Agreements page is now displayed. From this page users can find any of the State's Leveraged Procurement Agreements (LPAs) using a variety of search criteria.
Step 3If you know the unique Contract ID of the LPA you are looking for, the Contract ID field can be used to quickly locate that LPA.
In this scenario, the Contract ID of the desired LPA is not known, so other fields must be used to narrow the search.
Step 4The Vendor field can be used to find LPAs based on the vendor the state has a Leveraged Procurement Agreement with. If the ten digit Vendor ID is known it may be entered here.
In this scenario, we are looking for an LPA with Office Supplies Unlimited.
Step 5Click the Look up Vendor button.
Step 6Click in the Name 1 field.
Step 7Enter the desired information into the Name 1 field.
Enter "Office Supplies".
Step 8Click the Search button.
Step 9Click the 0000027747 button.
Step 10The search can also be narrowed by contract type. Because we are looking for an LPA, "Statewide Contract" should be selected from the Contract Type list.
Step 11Click the Contract Type list.
Step 12Click the Statewide Contract list item.
Step 13Click the Search button.
Step 14The Contract Information grid now displays all LPAs the State currently has with Office Supplies Unlimited.
Step 15In this scenario, we want to view the details on the State's Leveraged Procurement Agreement with Office Supplies Unlimited.
Step 16Click the View button.
Step 17The View Contract page is now displayed. From this page the user can view the details of the desired Leveraged Procurement Agreement
Step 18Click the Vertical Scrollbar.
Step 19If there were any attached documents associated with this contract, you would be able to view them in the View Attachments section using the View button.
