Purpose: Demonstrate how to view solicitation events that you were specifically invited to using Cal eProcure.
Scenario: The State Controllers Office has created Event ID 0000000489. You have received an email notification requesting your business' attention to the event. Use Cal eProcure to find this event and all other events that you were individually invited to view.
Roles: Bidder, Supplier, eSupplier
Steps:
Begin by logging in to Cal eProcure.
Click the Login/Register link.
Step 1Click in the User ID field.
Step 2Enter the desired information into the User ID field. Enter "Urban.Meyer".
Step 3Click in the Password field.
Step 4Enter the desired information into the Password field. Enter "P@ssw0rd@1".
Step 5Click the Login button.
Step 6Next navigate to the Event Activity page.
Click the Sell to the State button.
Step 7The My Bids section contains links that will navigate you to your profile, event invitations, or notification settings.
Step 8Click the My Active Bids link.
Step 9The Event Activity page is displayed.
This page is used to find any events that your business was invited to view.
Step 10In the Event Activity Summary section, there are three different categories of events listed.
Step 11The Event Invitations field displays the number of events that your company was invited to view. Clicking on this button would then display all of those events on the page.
Step 12The Events Bid On field displays the number of events your business has previously submitted bids for.
If you clicked on this button, those events that you have previously bid on would display on the page.
Step 13Lastly, the Events Awarded field displays the number of events that have been awarded to your business.
Clicking on this button would then display all events that have previously been awarded to you.
Step 14Next, it is possible to use the Search Events section to filter through all events.
You can sort by Events Invited To, Events Bid On, or Events Awarded. You could also refine the Event Format and Type, or even enter a date range in which to search to help you locate the desired event.
Step 15In this scenario, you want to see all of the events that your business was invited to view.
Use the Event Invitations link to return all of those events.
Step 16Click the Event Invitations (16) button.
Step 17All of the events that this business has been invited to view are now displayed in the Events section.
Select the desired event in order to navigate to the corresponding Event Details page.
Step 18Click the Sell: 0840-0000000489 State Controller Posted End Date: 12/31 object.
Step 19The Event Details page for the particular event displays.
You could now review any of the event details if desired.
Step 20Click the Vertical Scrollbar.

Step 22In order to view any comments or attachments the Event Buyer added to provide further details or specifications for the event, navigate to the View Event Package button.
Step 23Click the View Event Package button.
Step 24The Comments and Attachments page now displays.
From this page bidders can download any attachments the buyer has added to the event and view buyer comments.
Step 25To view event attachments, click the View button to download a local copy of any attachment to your computer for review.
Step 26Click the View button.
Step 27Click the Download Attachment button.
Step 28After downloading the attachment, open it using the download bar.
Step 29Click the Cancel button on the download bar at the bottom of the screen.
Step 30Click the Return button.
Step 31Click the Vertical Scrollbar.
Step 32Once finished reviewing the event details, you can return to the Event Search page to search for other events.
Step 33Click the Return to Event Search button.
