Scenario: A CSCR event was previously created, but you have determined that the event details need to be updated. Create a new version of the event and save the new changes.

Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Event Workbench page.
Click the Main Menu button.
Step 1Click the Sourcing menu.
Step 2Click the Maintain Events menu.
Step 3Click the Event Workbench menu.
Step 4The Event Workbench page is displayed.
Search for the desired event so you can create a new version.
Step 5Begin by using the Event ID to narrow the search for your desired event.
Step 6Click in the Event ID field.
Step 7Enter the desired information into the Event ID field.
Enter a valid value e.g. "0000000037".
Step 8Click the Horizontal Scrollbar.
Step 9Click the Search button.
Step 10Click the Horizontal Scrollbar.
Step 11The desired event is now displayed in the Search Results grid.
Proceed to create a new version of this event by using the Create New Version button on the event line.
Step 12Click the Horizontal Scrollbar.
Step 13Click the Create New Version button.
Step 14Click the Yes button.
Step 15The Event Summary page is displayed, but now the Version value is shown as "2", showing that this is the second created version of the event.
Step 16Now that you have created a new version of the event, proceed to update any needed information.
Step 17First, correct the End Date for this event.
Step 18Click the Choose a date button for the End Date.
Step 19Click the 27 date.
Step 20Click the Look up *Acquisition Type button.
Step 21Click the NON-IT Services link.
Step 22Click the Look up *Acquisition Sub -Type button.

Step 26Click the Statement of Qualifications link.
Step 27Click the Look up *DGS Billing Code button.
Step 28Click the 030001 link.
Step 29Now that you have updated all desired criteria, proceed to save the event changes.
Step 30Click the Vertical Scrollbar.
Step 31Click the Save Event button.
Step 32After saving, you are ready to submit the new event version for approval by using the Post button.
