ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Information Technology Division made the changes in ServiceNow Self-Service Portal and was deployed to production on August 5, 2019.
  • Created the training material and Job Aid.
  • Communication went out August 5, 2019 informing customers of the implementation of the Tesla Template and ServiceNow Self-Service Portal enhancements.
