PROCESS TO DEPLOY JOB AIDS 2.0

  • Step 1: Modify existing job aids to match new template
  • Step 2: Tag key words for searching
  • Step 3: Prototype and test (3 times to ensure a quality product)
  • Step 4: Obtain Executive/Leadership approval
    • If yes, process to Step 5
    • If no, return to Step 1
  • Step 5: Deploy Job Aids and communicate

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Converted 50 most used Job Aids
  • All system release documents such as Job Aids moved to ServiceNow
  • Remaining Job Aids will be converted to new format
